Cut the baked lamb into thin slices.
Chop tomatoes, olives and parsley.
Mash the feta with a fork, mix with parsley and garlic passed through a press.
Spread the pita on the table and smear with tzatziki sauce.
Put tomatoes, lamb and cheese mixture in the middle.
Add some more sauce, turn the edges inside and wrap the pita in paper. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the pitas and the filling.
