Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Redheads - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 250 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 20 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the chopped ginger and fry for about 10 more minutes.
Add the chopped chicken and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add flour and mix.
Pour in sour cream, season julienne and add herbs as desired.
Simmer a little more and put it in the molds.
Cover with grated cheese and send Julienne to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
