Ingredients
- Baguette - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Cheese - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 160 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Green onion - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into thin plates, lightly fry on both sides and sprinkle with spices.
Cut the baguette and dry it in a frying pan. Rub with garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the mushrooms on top and put the bruschetta in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
Before serving, sprinkle them with chopped green onions.
