A sandwich with chicken and vegetables is a great snack on the road, to work or on a picnic. It is suitable even for children, because there are no onions, no oil, no other specific or harmful ingredients. I recommend wrapping sandwiches in paper bags, not polyethylene.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Iceberg lettuce - 2 sheet
- Chicken fillet - 90 g
- Spices and seasonings - 0,5 tsp.
- Cheese - 2 slices
- Sauce (any favorite) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into thin strips and fry with spices until golden. If there is any ready-made fillet, just cut a piece from it.
Cut the tomato into slices and rinse the salad leaves.
Form sandwiches: bread, iceberg, sauce, tomatoes, chicken and bread again.
