Bored of monotonous sandwiches? Prepare a roll of crab sticks! A hearty snack can be served for breakfast, take with you on the road or on a picnic. And most importantly, the recipe is so simple that even a child can cope with them.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 40 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, herbs, peeled eggs and onions.
Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Spread the pita bread on the table and grease with a billet of mayonnaise and cheese.
Lay out the filling, spreading evenly over the entire surface.
Roll up the roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Cut the finished snack into small pieces.
