Today I will share a recipe for avocado puree for bruschetta and sandwiches. Prepare the puree base, and then connect the imagination, taste and serve with what you like best. Ready-made avocado puree can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Green onion (small) – 1 bundle
- Olive oil (refined) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Water - 2 art.l.
- Rice vinegar (3%) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Ground red pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the green onion into rings, peel and chop the garlic. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp, chop.
Put the avocado pulp, green onion and garlic into a blender bowl, add a small amount of water and mash it into a puree.
Add olive oil to the resulting mass, whisk again with a blender.
Season onion and avocado puree to taste with salt, sugar, ground red pepper and add a little vinegar. Once again, whisk all the ingredients with a blender.
Use avocado puree as a spread for sandwiches, bruschetta or toast. Puree goes well with hard cheese, red fish or poached egg.
