Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Rice vinegar - 1,5 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water.
Put the rice in a pot of cold water and boil for 12 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Turn off the heat, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt.
Drain the remaining water from the rice, add the billet with vinegar and mix.
Insist the rice under the lid for another quarter of an hour.
