- Lavash (Armenian) – 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Sour cream - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Dill - 3 twigs
- Butter - 30 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Shake eggs with a fork with salt, ground pepper and warm milk.
Chop tomatoes, dill and peeled bell pepper.
Grease the bottom and sides of the frying pan with butter, heat it well.
Add the bell pepper, tomatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the egg-milk mixture, sprinkle with dill, turn down the heat and cover for 5-6 minutes.
Divide the finished omelet into small pieces with a spatula.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and apply a thin layer on the prepared pita bread.
Occupying the third part of the wide part of the pita bread, lay out the omelet pieces.
Turn the sides inside and roll the pita bread into a tight roll. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pita bread and omelet.
