Raw jam, cooked without cooking, perfectly preserves the taste and benefits of fresh berries and fruits. It retains up to 70% of vitamin C and other useful substances of summer fruits throughout the winter. I share a recipe for incredibly fragrant raw jam.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the ripe gooseberry berries, remove the tails, rinse under running water, discard on a sieve.

Peel the oranges, divide into slices, remove the white films.

Peel the bananas, chop them coarsely, and then whisk with a blender into a homogeneous puree.

Combine dried gooseberry berries with prepared orange and pass through a meat grinder. Enter the banana puree.

Add sugar to the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly and leave for 8-10 hours to stand.

Pack raw gooseberry jam with oranges and bananas in clean, dry jars, seal it and send it to the refrigerator for storage.
