Ingredients

  • Figs (black) – 700 g
  • Sugar - 600 g
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the figs, cut off the tails and arbitrarily chop the fruits.

Add sugar, leave for 15 minutes and then bring to a boil.

Add lemon juice, cook the jam for 20 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
