Spicy seasoning will perfectly complement jelly, dumplings and many other meat dishes. It is not difficult to cook horseradish with beetroot. If you don't have a blender, use a meat grinder or, in extreme cases, a grater. Please note, the eyes are very watery from grated horseradish.
Ingredients
- Horseradish Root - 500 g
- Beetroot (red) – 250 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel horseradish root and beetroot, grind in a blender.
Add sugar, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Mix, put in clean, dry jars, close tightly with lids and put away for storage in the refrigerator.
