The most difficult part of making grape jam is getting rid of the seeds. But you can not waste time and do without it. I offer an excellent recipe without additional difficulties. Five minutes takes time, but it takes almost no effort.

Ingredients

  • Grapes - 1 kg
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Sugar - 800 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.

Pour the syrup over the grapes and let cool.

Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Let cool completely, bring to a boil again and boil for another 5 minutes.

Pour the jam into sterile jars.
