- Watermelon - 1.5-2 kg
- Water - 1.3 l
- Allspice - 7 peas
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the spices in a jar and then - sliced watermelon.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain this water and boil it again with sugar and salt.
Pour the watermelon again, add citric acid and roll up the jar.
