Not so long ago I started preserving pickled cucumbers in Finnish for the winter. At first, my family was wary of this preparation, but then everyone fell in love with sweet and sour vegetables. I like that there is no sterilization and multiple fillings in this recipe.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cucumbers, peeled onions and garlic.
Boil water in a large saucepan, add sugar, salt and spices.
Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes under the lid.
Add vinegar and remove from heat immediately.
Arrange cucumbers in jars, pour marinade and roll up.
