Lingonberries are not so easy to find, after all, they do not grow in all regions. But if you managed to stock up on this wonderful berry, I suggest making an excellent compote from it for the winter. It's easier, faster and even healthier than jam.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the berry and put it in a sterile jar. You can add a sprig of rosemary.

Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, add sugar and boil again.

Pour citric acid into the jar, pour the syrup and roll up the compote.
