Ingredients
- Pike (fillet) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Dried mushrooms - 50 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cheese - 40 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the mushrooms in hot water and then boil for 15 minutes.
Cut the pike fillet into chunks and fry until tender.
Finely chop the fish, mix with chopped mushrooms, eggs and a spoonful of breadcrumbs.
Add finely chopped onion, half chopped butter, sour cream and spices.
Sprinkle the molds with breadcrumbs, lay out the foreshmak and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Lay out a piece of butter.
Bake forshmak in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
