- Champignons - 1 kg

- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml

- Water - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 7 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Parsley - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water and a spoonful of salt, and boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes. Slice it.
Boil more water and 6 tablespoons of salt, and boil diced eggplants about the same amount.
Cut onion rings, chop parsley and garlic.
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water and spices to taste.
