Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Processed cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Fry the onion and carrot for 5 minutes, add the zucchini and fry for another 7 minutes.
Chop the vegetables in a blender.
Add garlic and melted cheese, and whisk the spread again.
Season the spread if desired.
