Somehow, in the process of culinary experiments, I made a baked sushi cake. It turned out unexpectedly delicious. And so much so that by the end of the day there were only crumbs on the plate. I am sharing the recipe with you, perhaps you will also want to pamper your family.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 300 g
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 200 g
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Round rice (boiled) – 400 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Nori - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the red fish and cucumbers.
Cover the bottom of the prepared mold with sheets of nori. If necessary, cut them and adjust them to size.
Lay out half of the rice and lightly tamp it.
Add layers of shrimp, cucumbers and Philadelphia cheese.
Lay out the red fish and the remaining rice.
Grate the cheese, finely chop the crab meat.
Mix the crushed blanks with mayonnaise.
Put on top of the sushi cake and send it to the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 200 degrees.
