Ingredients
- Persimmon - 4 pieces
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water (filtered) – 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the persimmon and cut into small pieces.
Bring the water to a boil, add the persimmon and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour in the lemon juice and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Add sugar, stir and insist under the lid for 30 minutes.
Strain the compote, pour it into prepared bottles and put it in the refrigerator.
