Lingonberries are not the most familiar berry for many. Therefore, sometimes it is not entirely clear what to do with it. For example, in compotes, it can be sour and tart. And it is in this case that I suggest adding some more cherries there – for harmony.
Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 300 g
- Cherry - 300 g
- Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the berry and fill it with water.
Bring to a boil and cook the compote for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, stir and cook the compote for another 5 minutes.
