- Chokeberry - 200 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Lemon - 1 pcs.
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Peel the berries from the leaves and twigs, rinse, dry a little. Puree with a blender.
Add warm boiled water to the rowan puree, strain the drink through a sieve or gauze folded in several layers. Add sugar and lemon juice, mix well so that the sugar is completely dissolved.
Serve the finished morse chilled.
