- Gooseberry - 300 g
- White currant - 200 g
- Cherry - 300 g
- Cranberries - 200 g
- Red currant - 200 g
- Mint - 3 twigs
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and sort the berry and add mint sprigs.
Pour hot water over everything and bring to a boil.
Cook the compote for 7-10 minutes on a lower-than-average heat.
