Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the plums into halves and cover with sugar.
Pour boiling water over the lemon for a couple of minutes, cut into circles and add to the plum.
Fill the fruit with water, bring to a boil and cook the compote for 12-15 minutes on low heat.
