Usually dried fruit compotes go separately, and berry compotes go separately. But I suggest combining both of these options in one recipe and see what happens. At least it is simply impossible to remain indifferent to such a rich taste!
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 200 g
- Red currant - 200 g
- Blueberries - 200 g
- Dried Fruits - 200 g
- Sugar - 8 art.l.
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the dried fruits with hot water and boil for 5-10 minutes.
Add sugar and washed berries, and boil the compote for another 7 minutes.
Remove the compote from the heat and let it cool under the lid.
