Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the dogwood and boil for 20 minutes.
Strain the drink through a sieve and bring it to a boil again.
Add sugar to taste.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of water.
Pour the starch into the compote, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 3 minutes.
