Compote according to this recipe, I prefer to drink hot instead of tea, and just warm it up as needed. It turns out to be an excellent warming drink on cool days, and also a real salvation for the throat and immunity in the off–season.

Cover the raspberries with sugar and fill with water.
Bring the compote to a boil and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
5 minutes before the end, add honey and mix.
Strain the finished drink through a sieve.
