Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix malt and flour, pour a liter of boiling water and mix.
Cover the starter and leave to cool at room temperature.
When the wort cools down to 35-40 degrees, add the unwashed raisins and sourdough.
Mix, cover and leave the kvass for another day at room temperature.
Add the remaining cold water, cover again and leave the kvass for another 1-2 days.
Strain the drink, pour it into bottles and send it to the refrigerator for another 2-3 days.
