Classic compote is the main ingredient, in our case – raspberries, sugar and water. But in fact it is very easy to diversify it. For example, it is enough just to add a little spice. And then in the recipe I will tell you which spices are better to take.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Brown Sugar - 120 g
- Water - 2 l
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Star anise - 1 asterisks
- Carnation - 4 buds
- Cardamom - 4 boxes
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the raspberries with sugar, pour water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 7 minutes on low heat and add all the spices.
Cook the compote for another 5-7 minutes.
