  • Peaches - 800 g
  • Water - 2 l
  • Sugar - 300 g
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the peaches into halves and remove the pits.

Arrange them in sterile jars, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of minutes.

Pour boiling water over the peaches, add citric acid and roll up the jars.
