Ingredients
- Soy meat - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 300 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add sugar and salt.
Pour hot brine over the asparagus for 2-3 hours.
Rinse the asparagus and boil in clean water for 15 minutes.
Remove, cool and cut into small pieces.
Add salt, ground pepper, vinegar, garlic and oil passed through the press. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Add the Korean carrots and mix again. Before serving, the salad should stand for 1.5-2 hours.
