Fresh vegetable salads with herbs are good, but they are not too satisfying. When you need a more substantial dish, it's easiest to add a little meat. In this recipe, I suggest supplementing radishes with avocado with slices of beef.

Cut cucumbers, radishes and shallots into circles, and avocado into slices.
