The miniature appearance of Brussels sprouts amuses children, so usually such dishes are popular with them. If the heads are too large, cut them in half or even into quarters. Otherwise, the preparation is surprisingly simple.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Brussels sprouts - 300 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Spinach (baby) – 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the red fish into small pieces.
Mix spinach, fish, brussels sprouts and avocado.
Season the salad with salt and oil. If desired, add pumpkin or flaxseeds.
