For this recipe, I especially recommend using chanterelles, but other mushrooms will also work well. Zucchini is by no means the only unexpected highlight of the salad. The dish will definitely surprise you and your loved ones!
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (chanterelles) – 250 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Salad mix - 140 g
- Gorgonzola cheese - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mushrooms until tender, depending on their type.
Cut the zucchini into slices and also lightly fry on both sides.
Cut the cherry in half or leave it whole as desired.
Add the salad mix and gorgonzola. Stir the salad.
Season it with olive oil and pepper.
