At first glance, it seems that there is nothing interesting in this salad – just vegetables and crab sticks. But in fact, there is an unexpected secret ingredient hidden here. Namely, juicy ripe kiwis, which so pleasantly emphasize the taste of the dish.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers, and kiwi into large slices.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and coarsely chop the crab sticks.
Put everything on salad leaves and pour olive oil over it.
Sprinkle the salad with ground pepper and sesame seeds.
