A very unusual combination of white cabbage and cauliflower can surprise even connoisseurs of complex gastronomic delights. And the spicy taste of the salad is given by purple onions, fresh mint and a little hot chili pepper.

- Cauliflower - 200 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and lightly boil until soft – just a couple of minutes.
Thinly chop the white cabbage and mash it with your hands with oil and salt.
Cut the purple onion into thin feathers, chop the chili, add fresh mint leaves and mix the salad.
Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
