One of my favorite recipes for everyday salads with mushrooms! It is very easy and quick to prepare from any vegetables that are found in the refrigerator. And to make the dish more interesting, add slices of avocado.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Salad mix - 140 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on both sides.
Cut the cherry in half, cut the onion into feathers, and slice the avocado.
Add the salad mix and season the salad. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
