This salad is primarily very healthy. In the second – delicious, and in the third – amazingly beautiful. More greens, several types of boiled beans, fresh tomatoes – and after all, nothing else is needed.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 100 g
- Chickpeas (boiled) – 2 handfuls
- Red beans (boiled) – 2 handfuls
- Beans (boiled) – 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and beautifully lay out all the greens.
Put the coarsely chopped tomatoes and a mixture of boiled beans and chickpeas on it.
Pour olive oil over the salad.
