- Quail eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the squid and peeled eggs.
Peel the purple onion, slice and sprinkle with wine vinegar.
Mix squid, onion, eggs, olives, mozzarella and capers.
Add ground pepper, salt and olive oil.
