Ingredients
- Beef (baked) – 300 g
- Quail eggs - 8 pieces
- Arugula - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Yogurt - 100 g
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs and cut in half or slices.
Cut the cherry in the same way, and cut the baked beef into strips.
Add the arugula and beautifully put the salad on plates.
Mix yogurt with mustard and pour over the dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
