This salad will not be superfluous even on the most diverse table. Fried bacon gives an appetizing flavor, and thanks to the vegetables, the dish turns out very beautiful. For dressing, you can use mayonnaise, butter or Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Greek yogurt - 100 ml
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bacon into thin slices and sprinkle with paprika on both sides.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon.
Cut chicken fillet, tomatoes, cucumbers, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix chicken fillet, bacon, vegetables, cheese and salad leaves.
Add salt, ground pepper, Greek yogurt and mix.
