On hot days, only refreshing drinks save. This cherry compote is especially good with a couple of ice cubes. There is very little sugar, and there is nothing superfluous – just a favorite seasonal berry for connoisseurs of pure and simple tastes.
Ingredients
- Cherry - 600 g
- Brown Sugar - 5 art.l.
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water and dissolve sugar in it.
Add the washed cherries and bring the compote to a boil again.
Cook it for 7 minutes and let it cool under the lid.
