Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bread and dry the breadcrumbs out of it in any way.
Boil water with sugar. Pour a glass of syrup, cool to 35 degrees and dilute the yeast in it.
Pour the remaining syrup over the breadcrumbs. Add yeast there, cover everything with gauze and leave for a day at room temperature.
Strain the kvass, pour into clean dry bottles and add raisins to each.
Leave it warm for another 1-2 days, and then cool it.
