Did you know that coffee can be not only sweet, but also salty? I will not torment you with expectation and will immediately share the original recipe for making a salty invigorating drink. Perhaps you will like it so much that it will displace the usual coffee with sugar.
Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar (optional) – 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour your favorite ground coffee into the turk.
Add fine or coarse salt (not necessarily iodized!).
If desired, sugar can be added at this stage. If you want to taste the true taste of salty coffee, just skip this step.
Pour the contents of the turkey with hot water and brew coffee over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Pour a hot drink into cups and enjoy! You can supplement coffee with your favorite syrup.
