The long-awaited tangerine season is coming in December. Citrus fruits are often eaten fresh, less often added to salads, sauces and desserts. I suggest trying another option — compote of tangerines. The drink turns out to be simply delicious!
Ingredients
- Tangerines - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water (cleaned) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tangerines with boiling water, peel and disassemble into slices.
Chop the tangerines in a blender.
Bring the water to a boil, add the citrus preparation and cook for 3 minutes.
Add sugar, stir and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Cover with a lid and cool to room temperature.
Strain the finished tangerine compote, bottle it and put it in the refrigerator.
