I just love spicy coffee with spices. And in the cold season, this is generally an invaluable warming find. You can take any spices, but if you don't want to invent anything and prefer to just take a proven recipe, I share my favorite option.
Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 2 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Cardamom - 1 box
- Carnation - 2 buds
- Brown Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Send coffee and all spices to Turku. Add sugar.
Fill with water and mix well.
Cook the coffee over low heat without bringing it to a boil.
Remove from the stove, let it brew for a minute and strain.
