Kissel has an ancient history and was known in Ancient Russia. Curiously, it was originally prepared as a fermented milk drink. Modern white jelly is prepared a little differently, but it turns out very tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2.5 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Stir half of the milk with starch until dissolved.
Add both types of sugar to the remaining milk and bring to a boil.
Pour in the milk with starch, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 2-3 minutes, continuing to stir.
