Ingredients
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4-6 art.l.
- Water - 150 ml
- Coconut milk (or cream) – 65 ml
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Soda - 1.5 l
- Lime - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the lemon juice, add water and sugar, and boil the syrup until smooth.
Let the syrup cool.
Put the thinly sliced limes and mint in a jug.
Add syrup and coconut cream or milk.
Pour soda over the lemonade.
