Ingredients
- Cherry - 3 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the cherry with salted water for 10 minutes.
Flip into a colander, rinse and peel off the seeds.
Pass the cherries through the juicer.
Add sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour the cherry juice into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
