Ingredients
- Plums - 400 g
- Black Currant - 200 g
- Red currant - 300 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse all the ingredients, remove the red currant twigs, and fill with water.
Boil the compote, add sugar and mix.
Boil the compote for 10 minutes over low heat.
